Sandra Scott-Revelle

Sandra Scott-Revelle, RN, BSN, is a textile artist, writer, speaker, and retired nurse with experience in gynecology, mother-baby, and psychiatry. She has also been a Bible teacher and assistant principal at a small Christian school in Tucson where she organized Black History Month celebrations for the predominantly White school community. Wherever she travels, she looks for stories, knowing that an African American historical presence is likely somewhere beneath the surface. Sandra's home base is near Kansas City, Missouri, an area rich in Black history and creativity.
